We are seeking a Metal Roofing Field Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of roofing project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Supervise on-site personnel.
Interface with inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials and clients.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to codes & specs.
Complete daily reports.
Uphold safety guidelines.
Pay is based on experience

Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial roofing management or other related fields required.
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred but not required.
- Forklift Certification preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Metal roofing: 1 year (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
